Dr. Sarah Morgan is a grazing livestock systems researcher and lecturer within the department of Agriculture & Environment at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½. She is an Animal Scientist with a practical background in sheep farming. She has over a decade of experience working on collaborative, transdisciplinary research projects involving a diversity of academic and industry partners operating in the fields of agri-food and agri-technology. Sarah’s expertise centre around sustainable and regenerative grass-based livestock production systems - taking a holistic, system-wide attitude connecting soil, pasture, animal, product and environment.
