SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½

Yesterday saw a range of employers visit campus to showcase no less than 46 amazing placement opportunities - all coupled with a generous scholarship. 

Doris Taylor, Director of Development and Alumni Relations, said:  It was great to see so many employers joining our Scholarship Fair at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ today. 

"The room was buzzing and Niven Maree (Development & Alumni Relations Manager) and I enjoyed catching up with so many alumni who are now offering scholarships through their organisations.

We've had a record student attendance and have already received the first applications!"

The Development Trust at SA¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½ works with industry partners, charitable trusts, alumni and other benefactors to offer exclusive scholarships to students. Last year, awards worth a total of £654,000 were presented. 

Placement scholarships provide a year of paid work experience for the student, coupled with scholarship funding for some or all of their years studying at the university.
